So I finally completed an Insanity/Half Marathon training schedule. For those of you who have requested it, sorry it took so long. Soon I will take all the hybrids that I have made and I will publish them together on a new page dedicated to hybrid schedules. Love the hybrid that you’ve created. Excuse my ignorance but which workout does Insanity U.W.T. refer to? I’ve done insanity three times in the past and am looking to combine it with training for a half marathon.

U.W.T is Insanity’s Upper Body Weight Training workout. You have to get Insanity’s deluxe set or buy it separately. If you don’t have it and have P90X/P90X2 just replace it with an upper body workout.

I’m sure if I have any good tips; but I’ll just encourage you to write/blog about the things that you are passionate about. If you really like something and you write/talk about it, then it will definitely come out and people will see that. Hope that helps!
