So, many of my friends, co-workers, and family have been asking me what I’ve been up to lately (fitness wise). I’ve been getting a lot of compliments about how I’ve been losing weight and how I look like I did when I was rowing for the Ohio State University Men’s team. So I have been doing a hybrid of two awesome programs: Insanity and P90X. I did P90X first from June to August (if you look at my graph you can see that I lost almost 20 pounds in that period). After that I did Insanity combined with marathon training until September. Since then I have been doing the Insanity/P90X workouts.
So I started around 22% body fat (started keeping track in December) and now I am below 10%. Needless to say, I’m going to keep going and see how fit I can get.
